What shipping method do you use?

Our top priority is to ship orders as soon as possible. We offer Next Day and 2-3 business day delivery options.

We’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. Make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.

What is your return policy?

All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Marked Cards USA reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Online payments, Cash App and Zelle.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Normally we ship the same or
next day. Changes are accepted before shipping. A store credit will
be applied to all canceled orders. No refunds.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States of America.

Are your products legal?

Yes, if you’re using them for
entertainment purposes only.

I’m a card retailer. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, and will gladly discuss minimums and pricing per request.

Do you accept walk ins at your office?

No, due to Covid 19 restrictions we’re temporarily closed to the public.
